Founded in 1992 as Royal Die Casting, V-JAYA revolutionized aluminum die casting in our city. Starting with supplying door hardware and castings to the Indian market, our expansion into the automotive industry in the early 2000s marked a pivotal moment. From our humble beginnings with one die casting machine, we have grown to operate seven machines equipped with in-house tool making capabilities.
In addition to die casting, our versatile manufacturing capabilities span steel (cutting and stamping), plastic (injection molding), brass, zamak, wood, and ceramic products. We Process your samples or drawings give you best prices in the market.

Once the order is placed our engineers work in it’s devlopment and ship samples for approval.

Once samples are approved we move forward with the mass production.

Inspection on regular intervals is done as per our 5 step QC system

Once the order is ready we send Pre- dispatch Inspection report for approval.
Step 6
After PIDRapproval we ship theproductsvia air or oceanasper customer needs.
